Fiverr Requirements

I have generated with Bing a passport pic/full-face portrait of a female model. The image looks more like hyper-realistic oil paint and I would like to edit it so that it looks like 100% real-life pic shot on, say Kodak Gold 400 film. 

The final image should be upscaled to a higher printable resolution.

These images are used to define the physical characteristics and appearance of the virtual model.

The model has a Latin appearance (from her Colombian father), with prominent and well-defined facial features. The square and pronounced jawline give her an aura of almost virile confidence smoothened by a hint of British sophistication (from her mother).

Her forehead is high, and her cheekbones are slightly prominent, while her eyes are large and deep with a light gray-green color that has yellowish radial streaks. The eyelashes are long and thick, and the eyelids are slightly elongated. The eyebrows are thick and arched, lending the gaze an intense and penetrating expression. 

(In the previous two pictures, the eye color should be changed with the one of the picture here below)

Her lips are full, and her nose is straight and well-defined.

The skin is smooth and velvety, with no blemishes, and has a medium olive complexion with a subtle golden undertone.

The portrait's focal point is the eyes, which stand out due to their size and depth. Overall, she has a strong and decisive personality, yet possesses a harmonious and refined appearance. 

Her beauty combines the seducing virility of Alain Delon 

with the elegance and sophistication of Gal Gadot.

Height: 180cm, Weight: 75kg, Toned and slender physique, full round natural breasts, slender waist, accentuated buttocks, and long defined legs.

The final image should look exactly the same as the first one provided, with just two adjustments. 

1) Lips should be slightly more luscious and voluptuous. 

2) The eyes should be large and deep with a light gray-green color that has yellowish radial streaks. The eyelashes are long and thick, and the eyelids are slightly elongated. The eyebrows are thick and arched, lending the gaze an intense and penetrating expression. Just like in the pic below.

Based on these characteristics, the goal is to create a base model picture that is an exact synthesis of the two pictures provided.

The eyes in the second picture must be applied to the first one, shape and color like copy and paste.

In this second picture, the head is cropped while we should have a passport-like picture with the full head not cropped like in the pic below.

Once you have created the image, I would need 3 copies with different facial expressions. 

The first one, again, should be exactly like the first image provided, neutral expression and a fresh and clean face just like for a passport.

Then the other 2 should have slightly different expressions: 

one "Smiling": this is when the corners of the mouth turn upwards, and it is usually an expression of happiness or friendliness, mouth/lips are slightly open and you can see perfect white teeth.

and one "Sensual": this is an expression that is suggestive of sexual desire or attraction, and then you can vary the degree of makeup that should never be too much but always sophisticated. For instance, you could apply the "sensual" one, a makeup for an elegant and sophisticated night out, like in the pic below:

 

This last picture's eyes must be applied to the first image. 

Also, all 3 pictures must have the same framing as the 1st one, with full, not cropped, head, passport-style, like below:

In the following picture:

we have an idea of the three expressions, to three different models with a similar body, I have applied my same face pic with a Swap Face App. 

The one on the left is the smiling one, the central one is the neutral expression, and the right one is the sensual one. This is a good starting point.
